I've played it before - on my XP computer which I don't have anymore. Now I have Win 7 and the game has no sound when I try to play it. What can I do?

The original version isn't compatible with Vista and later.
There's a patch ***here*** that looks like it was originally made for 64-bit Vista. I don't know if it works with Windows 7.

Thanks Jenny100. I wrote to the developer just now. I should have looked at the older thread from someone who had this exact problem before posting. He was able to help her. I'll wait and see what happens.

There is definitely a fix, and Mikael will send you a link to the updated version.

The patch for Vista does not work with Windows 7+. I think that you have to write Mikael (which you did) and he usually gives out the fixed version of the game to those who own the earlier versions.

You're right. Mikael wrote back to me and gave me a new download.

Mikael is great about this! I do remember the sound issue when I was testing it for him in Windows 7. He tweaked it and the new downloads then worked.
