Hi.

I just purchased two games from Big Fish but no way could I get them to download.
I just kept getting the screen advertising the offer related to the "Surface" games !! rolleyes

So I used the "Help" feature and, from that, gathered that as a last resort I should uninstall the BF Games Manager and then reinstall it.

Which I did.
[Doing a CCleaner in-between.]

And that appears to have worked because my two games then downloaded without a problem.

So what the heck was going on I don't know woozy

I'm glad you managed to get things working again, Mad. I've heard of folks having such glitches, so it's good to know the details in case I experience the same thing at some point.

I hope you enjoy your games. All's well that ends well. grin wave

Had the same thing the other day, Mad, even after the Confirmation of my purchase hit my email. I tried everything except reloading the Game Manager. I had to wait 24 hours and log on again before they finally were ready to download.

I don't know why you had to wait 24 hours, Reenie. At least I didn't have to do that woozy

I usually have the demo installed, and use the "Already own this game" option in the Game Manager to get the full game.

Have you recently changed which Windows version you use?
The way the downloads appear looks different from version to version, and could be confusing.
