I'm supposed to click on the cupola on top of the round structure but I can't see it.Could it be that the top of the screen is cut off? I'm playing at 1360-768 resolution.It was fine up until now.

You might need to move to the beach or to the left side to see that corner building.
It is also not a necessary action to finish the game. You can still continue on.
