no i do not, but my printer keeps asking for me to send a fax.

It doesn't sound like you want it to. Are you trying to print something? Your printer would need to be hooked up to a phone line in order to send one.

Every printer is different, I'll move you to glitches where maybe someone can offer better tips. Me and printers don't get along very well.

I don't think anyone can help without more information -- the brand name and model number of your printer, whether the printer is attached by network cable or by USB, whether you said to email a file instead of print it, etc.

i uninstall and reinstall the printer, but my solution center guide keeps saying ink levels not avaible, it work except that and start an activty

What's the brand name and model number of your printer.
If it's an HP printer, what is the model number?

I found some suggestions ***here*** for a Photosmart All-In-One printer that may or may not work on yours.

Do you have an HP computer too or just an HP printer?

Someone here suggested running REVO uninstaller and removing all HP software before reinstalling
