Playing what may be the last one in the series now, "Fade to Black," and finding it even better than the earlier ones in this series. It is a typical HOG-adventure, but a bit more creative, more twists in the genre.

I will say, though, that I wish game developers would give us an "Opt Out" when it comes to having the introductory Cinematic play every time we re-enter the game, after taking some time out for real life. Yes, you can "Skip" this on successive restarts, by quickly locating the "Skip" button, but why not just stop having the Cinematic run again and again? Who would want/need to see it again? Just curious about it. Every BF game seems to do this, not just Final Cut.

I haven't played enough of the Final Cut series to know that it improves with time, but I think that's great (and a bit unusual) if it does. I'm glad you've enjoyed it. I will have to check out the games in the series that I haven't played.

I don't mind the introductory cinematic as long as I can use the Skip button after the first time I've seen it.

Have fun with Fade to Black. smile

I am. I haven't played one of these simple games in a while. They usually aren't that compelling. This is pretty clever. My only concern with it is that it doesn't always make clear what a puzzle is supposed to DO, so you can't solve it. ha ha It takes a lot of fiddling around, and with one of them, I never could figure out what I was supposed to do, much less being able to try to solve it. I hate to skip a puzzle for a reason like that!

I seldom play a game straight through. Sometimes it might be a couple days between sessions. I find it helpful to be able to rewatch the opening movie in order to refresh my memory about the story. It's frustrating to me when I lose track of the storyline.

Doesn't just clicking on the Space Bar get you to the "Play" page ??

Have not heard that one before, Mag. I don't play enough of these sorts of games. I'm sure going to try it, though. Thanks!
