Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone has heard news about there being another Elder Scrolls game coming out in the next year or two? It might just be wishful thinking, but I LOVE Morrowind, Oblivion,and Skyrim so much that I am hoping like crazy that they will create another game in that series. (I don't really care for the Online game, though it is beautiful, and I'm not really into the Fallout series, so I'm hoping that they'll eventually go back to the other type of games and make a new one!)

Tracy, a quick google didn't turn up anything concrete, but I could have missed it

Per Bethesda staff, it could be a year or more before anything concrete is revealed about future Elder Scrolls games. That could be a way of putting people off, but given that their parent company is up to their ears in other productions including MMO's I'm guessing we won't hear/see anything until late 2017. Not that I wouldn't mind being wrong about it.

Enderal, the total conversion from Skyrim has just been released in English. I played Nehrim, the total conversion from Oblivion many years ago and liked it more than Oblivion. It was done by the same team. The game is free but you need the Skyrim game to play it.

The download is about 8 gigabytes. I've read the game plays more like a Gothic game than Skyrim. Good news to me since Gothic games are favorites of mine.

My guess about the next Elder Scrolls is that leading up to it, about a year before, we will have Skyrim Remastered (which is indeed coming out this fall). That will get everyone intensely thinking about Elder Scrolls again. Then next year we will have an announcement at E3 about the next Elder Scrolls game, with a release the end of next year.
