Yes Jenny100 did that and they asked to check my welcoming email or click reset and they would send me another email did that and it states they will send email automatically but nothing so far, so frustrating. I will try again. Thanks for you reply

Hi Jenny100 Thanks I eventually emailed support@gamingcorps.com and they are helping me sort this out. I was trying via Steam. I just hope I can do all they ask. Dxdiag and save files and output log. It all seams so complicated .
