The season is also a shorter one, 13 episodes instead of 22. Returns January 6.
Other NBC shows I watch: Blindspot September 14th, The Blacklist September 23rd (same day Longmire returns on Netflix)

Just finished Daredevil season 2 it was 13 episodes.
British series have gotten even shorter. Last one I watched was only eight episodes. Forth season of "Luther" was only two.

Finally watched the final season of Grimm its only been on DVR for 11 months and some odd weeks.
I knew when Nick's friends started dying this wasn't reality or if it was it would be changed in the last few minutes. Kind of a shame the epilogue 20 years in the future didn't let us actually see the main cast older or the triplets who had not been born yet during the main storyline. Now we'll never know what a wolf-man and a fox woman produce as children.
And just how bad is Portland 20 years later that it takes a Grimm wielding a magical staff, his magical powered half sister and 3 whatever they are, to deal with bad wessen. Makes me wonder if killing the super wessen was worth the bother.
