Hi MaG or...at beginning..in room..do the bolt,etc..glass of water..clean bolt..read...then to go to desk and use phone..goes to desk but says better not disturb,etc..does not pick up phone..can you help..thanks, Chuck

Examine the wrapping completely. Click on the symbols. Then see if you can now use the cell phone. Keep us posted.
