Check the numbers. There should be no duplicate numbers for the sets.
Also they should be consecutive numbers.

In both download and online, you should have 2 files per saved game.
One is save.# and the other is savepic.#

The #'s in your file when those 2 files you downloaded and placed together with the other saved game files hould be in consecutive order and no duplicates.

---------
You might be not in a correct position to access/see the ketchup on the bar. Move around and see if you can get to it.

There's a saved game here for the colored balls puzzle - it is save #32 on the page, I believe.

Yes, download the #32 file to get your saved game. If for some reason that saved game doesn't work for you, MaG sent you one too. smile

I never would have finished this game without following MaG's walkthrough for this puzzle, step by step. scared

I am not sure why you would be getting that message about Starforce, which is a form of copy protection on CDs. I would suggest using MaG's saved game as your best/easiest way to get past this puzzle.

Think of the four radial arms as you would positions on a clock pointing to 12, 3, 6, and 9.

From the walkthrough:

Quote:
In the close up you’ll see the balls arranged in four radial arms at clock

positions: 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock. If you look at the little arrows at each

clock position, you’ll see which colors are to finally go on the arms: 12

o’clock = red; 3 o’clock =green; 6 o’clock =white; and 9 o’clock = yellow.

I am thinking that maybe this video on YouTube will help you - the poster of this video says that he explains the puzzle and then shows how to solve it. Check it out and see if it helps. smile

I think it's great that you want to try to do the puzzle yourself.

As stated by drdel:

Ring:
The rings are mentioned as 1R (innermost), 2R (next ring from innermost, 3R (middlemost ring), 4R (second from outermost) and OR (outer ring).
Note that OR has the extra space to park a ball.

The step by step stated the positions like a clock - 12 o'clock, 3, o'clock, 6 o clock and 9 o'clock.

When you are told to L click and R click the mouse - it will move the rings clockwise or counterclockwise.

You can do the clicks anywhere on the STATED ring and the SPECIFIED number of times and CORRECT left or right click. This will turn it correctly. Then you will do the procedure for the balls in the stated clock position.

luck

For example: R mouse click 1R. At 3 o’clock position move all the balls towards the center
Right click anywhere on the innermost ring/center. It should turn once.
Then click on the balls that are at 3 o'clock position so that they move to the center. Since there should be an empty space at center now, you can move the balls that are innermost to outermost.

Do this step by step slowly and follow each step (maybe cross it off so that you won't skip a step).

Thank you, MaG. And years ago when I followed the walkthrough steps for this puzzle, I did indeed put a check mark after each step I completed. smile
