They are both acting up. The mouse seems to stick on screen and I have too keep circling it to get it to respond. The keyboard sticks as well. It will start a word and then stop. I can't get it to type the next letter and then it starts again and it is fine.

I'm wondering if the problem is with the keyboard and mouse or something else. They are wireless and the batteries are good on both.

Any ideas?

Morning Sharon. It does sound like the batteries may be low. Are they in correctly? Have you tried cleaning the contacts?

Thanks for the advice. I'll check it and let you know.

That seems to have done the job. I replaced the mouse battery again with a new one and so far so good. I also took out the new batteries I had put in my keyboard and reinserted them. I made doubly sure they were facing correctly. Thanks, Gerry. I'll let you know if it starts acting up again.

Good Luck Sharon! Sometimes just taking them out and putting them back in cleans any specks off the contacts. wave

Update: I was still having problems with both keyboard and mouse, so I bought a new set. It seems to be working just fine now and I really like it. However it has some keys for specific purposes (calculator key) and some of them don't do what they are for. Did not receive manual with purchase, but I'll look online for information on this.

Thanks again for all your help, Gerry.
