Hi, I was wondering why I cannot use my free voucher code with todays offer of buy one get one free. It only states not to be used with collectables. Can we not use a free voucher when there is an offer on. Thanks Sam.

Game Club credits can be used with some sales, but free game codes from having filled a punch card cannot be used in this way.

The website says the following for this sale:



However, free game codes that you get from filling punch cards are not applicable during sales.

You CAN use a punch card code during a sale, but not for CE's. If you enter the code in the proper box, it will override the sale price and show that you're getting the game for free ($0.00). Same goes for using a coupon code in lieu of a game club credit. This is helpful if you want to save up Game Club credits to get a CE. I hope I understood the original question.

Good information, Sparkle. I was assuming that samson was talking specifically about taking advantage of the sale and buying one and getting one free with a punch card code.

I was actually surprised when the game manger used club credit and coupon together. It hasn't before.

I'm pretty sure you can't use both a punch card code and a sale code since there is only room for one code in the discount box. The Game Club credits are stored in our accounts and are used automatically to purchase games unless we type a sale code in the discount box. The only exception is for the BOGO sales because if we have 2 Game Club credits, both games are free.
