While I agree with some of the more obvious ones, I think they have jumped the gun on a lot of others!

Thanks, Donald.

I've already had trouble finding incandescent bulbs for my antique chandeliers. Terrible search BUT they are now refining the 'new' LED models to look a lot more like the old original ones. Not perfect, but close and they use far less electricity. Hate that 'old' things are disappearing. I still hoard VCR players to use with my security cameras. So easy to just push ONE button to record and another to play back and search easily. The DVD ones (I have a few) are so complicated it takes more time to look at recorded things than I want to spend.

Guess we all have to get with the program. Pretty soon, humans will be obsolete. haha

I just read this article before coming to this thread and frankly it brought tears to my eyes and anger to my heart. I hope I die before the world goes all digital and robot. It is not for me!

I don't have a smart phone and I lost the my car keys last winter. I replaced the key but not the remote, they key with a chip was expensive enough. I've gotten so used to not having a car remote that when I borrowed my dad's blazer while my car was in the shop, I kept forgetting he has the remote on the keychain and kept using the key. No fancy electronic locks, which btw can be hacked, for me. The mechanic actually had to use a scanning device so the car could tell him what was wrong with it. My late uncle wouldn't be able to work on cars anymore because of all this digital nonsense. Oh for the good ole days when I could pay my uncle for a car repair with cash for the parts and a case of beer for his labor.
