Hi Kevin i also found it very hard to swim in the pool : you have to move the arrow keys but you have to hit the right spot near the grate at the bottom of the pool it can be very frustrating and quite a challenge. Keep trying it took me almost 25 mins to finally hit the spot : don't give up

Thank you Suzie, I finally have the swimming pool works but not by your way.
If You explore the last 2 or 3 area in order in the chapter 4, you will be very easy to active the swimming pool when you near it. This is also very important to finish chapter 4, otherwise it will be a never ending story.
