"disciplining the children": Wait until your father gets home! "backseat driving": I was teaching my youngest to drive with her mother in the back seat. She yelled at our daughter for not seeing someone approaching the intersection which scared the young'n so much that she ran straight into a cement highway divider. "taking turns in the bathroom": A man can't read the daily rag without being told to quit or get off the pot. "who handles the money / pays bills": No argument in our home...pay this! "The wife makes dinner and the husband is supposed to clean up the dishes but often doesn't do": An excellent arrangement that works extremely well. All men should be happy to accommodate. We all have issues, don't we  Think of some things that your parents may have told you to do when you were wee ones.
Did you ever stop to think and then forget to start again?

It seems most are focusing on the husband-wife relationship, but... no TV/phone/computer till homework is complete who walks/feeds the dog where to go for dinner
