Hi is anyone playing this episode I am stuck in area One. Started from the beginning still get stuck.
I hope I haven't got to go back to the developers again .

Hi Doreen, I have had to contact the developers. I have played 50% of the game and loving it all. I have just found who the missing janitor is and have to go back up top. Went to the only hot spot and landed at level one. this is the third time, I have Donnie running back and forward between elevators looking for the hot spot on any elevator. The screen will not move as Donnie moves. I am waiting for the developers to come back they are trying to help me. Sent DXDiag . Playing on laptop Windows 10 PC only a few months old.

Maggsie, I had the same problem. I found that if you click on one of the hotspots on the glass of the cryo container at whichever end you are at, Donnie will make a comment, and you can use the elevator closest to that end. I hope this is clear enough.

I am stuck after that, trying to get the janitor's tank out.--it's a puzzle.

Doreen that's exactly what I am trying to do LOL. I know that hot spot. But I have to get Donnie facing the far Elevator then click like fury to get him to run far enough so I can click on the hot spot on the glass.
That " Cant leave " Sign is right LOL

I would absolutely recommend this game to everyone. I know it's on steam, which is not everyone's taste, but now that all 5 installments have been released, for those who don't have a problem with steam, play it---you won't be disappointed.

Maggsie, I think the elevator you want is on the left side after you find out where the missing janitor is. There is also a hotspot on the glass at that end. You have to go slowly down there as it's tricky to catch. Give it a try. The opposite end from where it is written CAN'T LEAVE

You won't believe it Doreen but I have just got the hot spot on the glass got in the elevator Phew !! found out who the missing janitor is and had to go up top to sort it out. I knew as soon as I got in that Elevator I would be back on level one and sure enough I am. Now I cant get Donnie back to the elevator on the right side now. Even so that is going to take me to where I have just been. I cant see any other hot spot or ladders to take me to the top. I went back to my saves and I am back to square one on level one. I will just have to wait till you tube come out with the video to see what happens.

Have you been to the computers that are on the end of a platform sticking out from level 2? That is where there is a puzzle to get the janitor's cryo chamber to the right level to open it.I am positive that it is on level 2.Once you get out of that elevator go to the right, and you will see the platform sticking out. Google the descendant ultimatum walkthrough ---there are quite a few on you tube.

Thanks Doreen That's where I am. I have been on to the support guys and they have been really helpful It has got to be my laptop as the screen keeps floating, they have given me some advice and I am working on that at the moment. I went to you tube and I am going in the right direction.
Such a great game when I do eventually finish it I am going to start it all over and play it again LOL

that's great Maggsie, good luck. I only got 19 out of 50 achievements, but that doesn't bother me. I am just glad to have been able to finish the game.
