Good morning everyboomie. welcome

It's been a day. Good day. Warm day. Long day. grin12

I did take the dogs and go up on the road looking for places to hunt heads this morning. I only found one creek in the direction that we went, and after a long LONG walk I determined it was not a good spot. smile12

That was a couple of hours of wasted time, but one direction I can check off my directional map. thumbsup12

When I got back, I had to eat some lunch, and then I took my truck to the car wash. The drive-through was out of service, so I had to do it the old fashioned way.

After that I took my pups to the park to play, as promised, since I drove all over hill and dale this morning and they didn't get the chance to run and play at all. lab

Now I'm pretty much tired and ready for bed, but HEY, my truck is clean. woot

We're going back downward temperature-wise and Thursday is only going to be 50, compared to today's 63. wink12

I guess Summer's over. lol12

Have a happy day everyone.

Sounds like a lovely day, Joe! I bet the dogs enjoyed the change of scenery as well.

SpaceQ, almost the weekend!

Have a happy day all! Not sure what I'll be doing other than trivia tonight.

Hey Geo, it's probably a 'quality control' issue. rotfl12 My #2 hubby was a quality control VP and they did a lot of what I consider stupid things just to make sure the product was as nearly perfect as it could get.

Thumping Good Thursday puppy

It was in the 60's when I woke up this morning. Waiting for brunch to settle for all of us and then we are going to get out for a walk. Haven't been for a bit as we've had rain, boys and/or Lil Soot was limping.

Then home to do a little wrapping as the boys left last night. I want to get the wrapping done before they get back.

Raining nicely here. Small squalls with big drops. We actually might have gotten about 2 or more inches in the last 2 days. We needed the rain. Causing havoc on the streets and freeways, but I'm enjoying it.

Got SOAKED going out to check on the kittens and Mom and Uncle Ninja. Everyone seemed to be finding nice semi-dry places to camp out during the downpours. I then covered the other deck table with a tarp so that Uncle Ninja (the old guy remaining from the original ferals) could have a place to be. He isn't happy to have company, so it's either in the rain or somewhere in the 'back 40' for him. I still after all these years, really don't know exactly where he spends most of his time. Appears for food, camps out in the empty back lot and hunts birds and mice.
