In case you haven't heard elsewhere Carrie Fisher was taken off an airplane as soon as it landed in LA and rushed to the hospital. She's apparently had a heart attack. Latest report I saw from her brother is that she's recovering but still needs prayers.

Thanks for posting this! I'm sorry to hear it, but will be praying for her for sure.

Really sad. The older I get the younger everyone else seems. 60 isn't what I consider a ripe old age. Live every day as if it was your last. We never know when it's our time to go. Sigh.

WARNING! This person is extremely blonde...please type SLOWLY.

I was saddened by this also. Then went to my spare room to look at my Star Wars memorabilia; have a 12 inch Princess Leia 1888 collector edition. She's dressed in the white ceremonial gown with the long braid down the back and interlaced with silver ribbon. Still in the box. It's number one of three. Don't have the other 2. Will be hanging on to it for a long time. The first Star Wars movie was, in my opinion the best. Have other 12 in dolls in the boxes also as well as some loose ones. Ironically I don't have any of the movies.

I just say on the news where her Mom, Debbie Reynolds, was just rushed to the hospital for a possible stroke.
