Hello community,

you are usually very well informed here, maybe you can help me out:
I can't find any recent information about these two games.
In the forum i found threads from 2013.
So does anybody know what the current status is?
Are they still in development? Will they ever be released?
What is the last reliable info about these games?

It seems unwise from JB to work on so many projects at the same time,
i think it takes much longer than when you do them one after another.

Smaller companies and independent developers deserve some patience
of course. But so many years is getting ridiculous, to be honest.

We do not officially post unreliable information. Ana checks and double checks the info posted under the GB name.

Try to understand what the smaller developers goes through. We can't know their problems unless we walk in their shoes.

I don't know how you searched but there has been more current news than that.

Check out the thread here and here and then of course there was the Release of the prologue Midnight Horror.

Dark 4 Fall is a long way off. It is just a thought right now so you will have to be very patient. There should be new news on Blackenrock coming soon, but nothing I can announce at the moment, stay tuned.

Edit: And btw, i found a clip about Dark Fall 4 on youtube.
Too bad the game is a long way off (the clip is from 2013, though). I really like the series.

I like the sound of this. Like many here, I've been looking forward to Blackenrock for a very long time and look forward to playing it when it releases.

Well, 'Last Crown: Blackenrock' is now officially '2017' in Steam now

There is an interesting post in the Steam discussion forum about Blackenrock. Someone claims that they wrote to the publisher (Iceberg Interactive) about the status of Blackenrock and posted this after having received a reply:



I hope that we will see the game in 2017.

That's not so far away!

The reply from Iceberg is more of a reply regarding the status the last few years and not so much "current".

Good to know, Ana. I realize that Blackenrock is a massive undertaking and I will wait as long as it takes.

We have waited for a long time...I'm okay with a 2017 release. Hopefully early in 2017 though. :)

I like the sound of how large the game has become.

I'm also hoping for early 2017, but that's mostly because this is my most anticipated game right now. Then again, I waited 10 years for the completion of Dreamfall Chapters, and it was worth it to play one of the best, most in depth and beautiful games I've ever played. Hopefully, the wait for Blackenrock will yield a similar result.
