You can find it here.

And there's a 25% discount on the game until December 28th. If I remember correctly, there are some action sequences, but it is mostly an old-school adventure game.

I remember playing this many, many years ago and finding it pretty "difficult" because of awkward controls and action sequences !! lol12

But maybe now is the time for another go grin12

Lots of mazes too -- or mazelike areas anyway.
Fate of Atlantis was SO much better.

Thanks, Marian. I've added it to my wishlist, as I already own my old copy. It's nice to collect extras on GOG, though. thumbsup12 I've done that with the King's Quests, Space Quests and Gabriel Knight games. grin12

Mad, the mazes are still annoying, but you can skip most (or maybe even all) of the action sequences. I would just save and load until I picked the right dialogues. lol12 I could understand if you wouldn't want to do that, though. This wasn't my favorite older game by far, but it was okay. smile12

That's good to know about being able to skip most or all of the action sequences.

I've been playing a lot of older games lately so this will be a nice addition when I am ready for another one. I just started a replay of King's Quest 6. happydance12

KQ5 and KQ6 are my absolute favourite Kings Quest games. I have played both many times. And will no doubt play them many more lol12

Have Good Fun, Marian yay12

Would you believe I haven't played King's Quest V before? I will have to move it up on my "to-play" list. santadance

Wow !! You are in for a treat if you DO play it, Marian !!
Not as sophisticated as KQ6 but a big step up from KQ4 and very enjoyable in my opinion grin12

The last 3 King's Quests are my favorites. (By that, I mean V, VI and VII. I refuse to acknowledge VIII. lol12) While I still think VI is by far the best, V felt the most adventurous of the series. Hope you enjoy it if you decide to play it, Marian. thumbsup12
