I got the tingle fingers clue but the box wont open.

What does it say in the journal? And are you following a walkthrough? There are things you need to see for yourself to be able to move on, that's why I'm asking.

No, that's not all you need to do. You'll see that in the journal. Perhaps it's something else, but I recognize the issue so hopefully that will do the trick. I was trying not to spoil anything, that's why I mentioned the journal but since this is the help forum that might not be necessary? =)
