I just bought a brand new Acer Aspire E 15 laptop and it was working fine. Today I accidently dropped it on the floor and everything seems ok except this weird patch of green and red dots that won't go away. it's about 2" in size. I am so sick about this!! Has anyone had this problem and do you know how I can fix it? I have included a link to a pic of what it looks like.

It appears that you damaged that area of the screen.
You can probably get the screen repaired for $$$.

The screens alone aren't that expensive

but you'll need to find someone to install the screen for you.

I'm assuming you didn't buy coverage for accidents for your laptop.
If you did, you're covered for accidental damage.

It came with a 1 year warranty, would it be covered by that?

You'll have to read the warranty, but they don't normally cover damage caused by the user... they are usually only for manufacturing issues.
