thought it might be fun to share some food ideas

i'll start with this -

lightly butter and toast in a frying pan new england style hotdog

buns ,aidell's chicken and apple dogs ,caramelized onion slices.

serve with coleslaw made with yoplait lime or lemon yogurt , a splash of

vinegar ,and salt and pepper to taste.

what are your tricks to brighten up a quick meal ?

That sounds great niteowl!

I am a bit at a loss as to what to add although I pretty much wing it every meal!

I like frying up naked Cod in coconut oil with minced garlic liberally spread throughout the pan. I sprinkle fresh grated parmesan on the fish and it makes a great coating. No panko or flour needed for a lo-carb dinner!
