The loss of another great actress. So enjoyed her shows.

Mary Tyler Moore once applied for a job in my father's office, back in the 1950s. She was not hired, which was probably a good thing, as she got the Dick Van Dyke Show not too long after that.

May she rest in peace. hearts

I just had to join in about Mary Tyler Moore. My late Mom was crazy about her, and I remember watching both shows with her when I was a little girl. I always liked MTM and thought she was so pretty and so good as an actress. I hope that she went peacefully and that maybe my own beautiful Mom is welcoming her on the other side even as we speak. : )

btw-Just to share for fun I wanted to share that I have pictures from back in the day when my parents were first married (and before I was born) and she and Dad looked so much like Dick Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore from the Dick Van Dyke show, it's really neat. Not exactly, of course, but same clothing, hairstyles, etc. : )

RIP MTM
God bless.

Tracy

It's all my friend's fault! She asked me just a few days ago if Mary Tyler Moore was still alive and I said sure, yes she is. Darn, who knew. Miss her. Classy lady.
