I made a mistake with flags today and I can't get back to English. what do I do. I tried to uninstalling game but that did not work it is on steam. thank

It probably left something saying "run me in German" in your registry.

After uninstalling the game, run ccleaner and use its registry cleaner before reinstalling the game.

As with all downloaded software, read what it says during the install to make sure it isn't installing an unwanted toolbar along with the ccleaner program.

Alternatively you could use the built-in regedit and search for keys that include the name of the game and delete them. That's riskier though, and you should always back up the registry and make sure you understand how to restore it before making changes.
