go talk to lewis about mowing the lawn. the door to Richard is locked I again did the walk though and I could not get the label on the bottle all I trying to is get Richard to tell me what those names mean in the tomb. when I had the disc I didn't have all these problems

I don't really know. Try looking for it at the same place you installed the previous saved games.

Do a search in My Documents folder or in your c-user-computer name-appdata (then check the folders in there -local, roaming).

If you can't talk to Richard, then there is some thing or things that you still need to do first. Try looking over the walkthrough carefully to see what you might have missed.

I checked the wt from the time got to wales and I did everything to the point of talking to richard

You talk to Richard several times.

The saved games follow the GB walkthrough.
Have you done this on the saved game sent - Use the tomb key on tomb grill door. Enter and look around. There are 3 statues, 3 inscriptions and 3 empty stone bowls. Read the 3 inscriptions - Veine, Odire and Malite.

If that doesn't work - it means the saved game checked it already and possibly talked to Richard. You can verify that you have talked to Richard if you check your inventory and see blood, kettle with water and soil.

you said I missed something in chapter 3 that is why the save does not work so if I start chapter 3 over at the gate in wales and follow the wt exacty will the save work or will need a different save 16. thanks
