I keep getting emails from them but it's only about some contest they are running & never about a new game. Are they even going to make anymore games? I'm probably wrong but I thought they made about 1 or 2 a year.

You are not wrong, judith - ever since the new CEO for HeR Interactive arrived in late 2014, everything has changed. Prior to her arrival, 2 games a year were released.

What has happened to HeR Interactive is very sad.

This is really sad. One piece of advice: Never ever try to go through old forum threads about hyping up for future releases. Too many of them fail. So much pretty art and preparation lost to time and budgets :(

What a shame. We might be seeing the demise of yet another game company.

As stated earlier in this forum, Midnight in Salem may still be released - the latest comment from them on Facebook says that they are working on it and making good progress. But being as the CEO got rid of the entire development team and the game designer no longer works for the company, along with the game being outsourced, it's doubtful that we will ever again see the HeR Interactive that we once knew. Maybe some miracle will occur, but it seems unlikely at this point.
