I have this site for old drivers in my notes HERE so they maybe worth a try - if you haven't tried them already ??

I don't actually know, though, if they provide for Win98.

You will need to know WHAT video chip you are downloading drivers for. I found Windows 98 Drivers for Realtek sound chips, so maybe there are drivers out there for your video chip. But we need to know what the chips is first.

If the brand is still in business, there may be an archive for "legacy" cards on their website. But like Draclvr said, you need to know what model video card. You may have to open the computer and look at the card. Some of them have the model stamped on them. If it's onboard graphics, you need the model of the motherboard.

Well that's a shame you're giving up on it.
Older systems are starting to command quite a high price on eBay.
Old video cards alone will go for $50 and more.

People on VOGONS enjoy putting much older computers than a Win98 machine back in working order.
