Hi, I just downloaded the game and took a look at it and it's very puzzling, as I don't see a way to create a new profile either. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that might not work, as save data for Big Fish games usually goes somewhere else on your computer apart from the game folder - so you would have to try and figure out where that is and then delete that.
Unless someone else knows more, you can also try contacting the developer with your question
here. You will see a "contact us" option in the lower right-hand corner of their web page - it is small, but it is there.
