I accidentally deleted an e-mail containing a coupon code and emptied my trash before I realized it. There were two coupon codes in the e-mail and I used one and thought I'd saved the e-mail until I decided on another game. Is there any way to retrieve the coupon code?

I suppose you could write to Customer Support and tell them what happened; they would probably issue you another one. Otherwise, I don't see how you can get it back (but maybe someone else will tell you differently).

What I do is to make a little text document on my desktop and put the coupon codes in there. That way, if I accidentally delete a coupon code from my email, I still have it elsewhere for reference.

I did that once and customer support sent me another one.

BFG's customer support is the best in the business so, as long as the coupon hasn't been used, they should replace it. Before I realized that coupons not only expire on the date stated in the email, but the time that the email was sent as well, BFG replaced an expired coupon for me. Sparkle, if you explain that you accidentally deleted the email and can't get it back, I'm sure they will send you a new coupon.

I'm glad you got everything straightened out and, hopefully, received a replacement coupon for the one you accidentally deleted. BFG is a pleasure to deal with because they still know the meaning of the phrase "customer service".
