8. It's derived from the old Inuit dialect:

At one stage, 5 would have been Hamleys, which I think may still be the largest toy store but I am not sure whether it is still the largest distributor.

I cant think of anything else for 1 If the answer for 5 isn't Hamleys, is it someone that give toys in stuff? Macdonalds is the obvious one given it refers to the world, and especially as they don't put stuff in cereal anymore (those were the days!!). We get toys in other things here but nothing that is worldwide to my knowledge.
