I notice that there are two people on the Big Fish forum who are posting in the technical forum for the game saying that they can't get the very first puzzle, the constellation puzzle, to work. This is where you have to draw lines in a certain pattern in order to get the chest to open. I had a lot of trouble with this during the demo, but I did solve the puzzle. If anyone needs a spoiler, here it is:
What worked for me was starting with clue #2, then reproducing clue #3, and then doing clue #1. I thought that you would go from top to bottom in order, but that simply did not work.
