I wouldn't use the microwave as that would make everything very soggy. Jenny's idea is the best.

Best way with any sandwich thingy is to REMOVE the filling before refrigerating it. Then when you reheat it, toast the bread (toaster oven works best) or under a broiler (watch carefully!) and then reassemble the sandwich. Works for me.
