Here is an explanation from a walkthrough: Okay, when you click on the the puzzle, it starts spinning. Here is what you have to do. You have to remember which squares light up at the end of each spin, and click on them in the right order. There are a total of three spins and it gets harder and harder each spin. Think of the puzzle as a clock. The first square(yellow) is on the 12:00, the green square is on 3:00, orange is on 6:00, and red square is on 9:00. There are a total of 16 squares. Below are the listings of each spin. 1st spin: 14,7,6 2nd spin: 6,12,4,1,10 3rd spin: 15,8,12,9,3,1,5,10 Also, if you are playing in Casual mode, there is an option to skip some of the puzzles - you can access the skip option from your Smart Alex. And in Casual mode there are in-game hints as well.

Did you try getting an in-game hint? Here is an explanation of how to do that: To get help about what you should do next, how to get something you need, or how to move the story along, bring up the Smart Alex and click on the icon at the bottom that's three horizontal lines with question marks. This will bring up a menu with a list of questions the system has answers for. Click on the one you want to see what it has to tell you. See if that helps.

Your Smart Alex device contains the map and you can access it from there. Here is more about your Smart Alex device; this comes from our GameBoomers review: Your inventory, map and torch are available via the Smart Alex (a kind of PDA), accessible with a right click, or the Q key. The map is used for quick navigation between locations, though it's not always available. You can use the torch in darkened locations (of which there are many in TE: ATMA), and in the easier, Casual, game mode, pointing the torch in the general direction of an object that you can pick up results in visible sparkles above the object.

I found this explanation from an earlier thread here on GameBoomers which might help: The left wheel cycles through the three colors of light coming from ONLY the statue right in front of you. You can continuously turn the wheel to cycle through the colors to get the color of light you need for that statue.
The right wheel only rotates the entire assembly and does nothing else.
You'll want to make sure you've rotated the wheel to each statue and chosen the right color for it and once they all have their proper colors, rotate the entire assemble to the proper position.
For clues on the correct light colors and correct position of the statues make sure to take a close look at the sarcophagus and the symbols on the sarcophagus. And here is another explanation: Tex's instructions for this one are a little confusing, so let me rephrase.
Each statue is carrying a sign that tells you what element it represents. The first thing you need to do is change the light on each statue so it matches that element.
Blue for water and yellow for sun are obvious; red for earth isn't quite as obvious, but it's the only color left, so red for earth it is.
The large wheel on the right moves the statues around in a circle; the wheel on the left changes the color of the light on the statue nearest to the right wheel.
So look at the sign held by the statue hit by the light from the ceiling (it's the one closest to the door you came in by). If it matches, you're good; if it doesn't, turn the left wheel to change the light until it's right. Then turn the right wheel to move on to the next statue.
When all the statues have the right color light, continue moving the right wheel until the elements of the statues match the symbol on the central stone box. When that happens, it slides aside to reveal a hole in the floor. Jump down to move on to the next area.

Here is what the walkthrough says about that: This is a big area with bugs flying around and mines planted all across the area so be extra careful. Needless to say, you die and you lose [POINTS] every time a bug gets you, or you set off a mine. I highly encourage you to make a spare save if you haven't done it yet. The walkthrough on GameBoomers also has a map of the atrium, which might be helpful.

There is a video of that sequence here. It starts at about 11 minutes. It shows the player going through the maze. It looks like it's just a matter of timing in terms of the spider. See if watching this helps.

It is not too difficult. I did find a spoiler here: One way is to turn all the fans to the left, then turn one fan at a time to the right and note the number that comes up.
If you label the fans A to E top to bottom, fan A is 30, B is 50, C is 10, D is 69, and E is 40. So to make 100 -- -- turn fans A and D one way, and fans B, C, and E the other way

There's probably something you haven't done that you need to do first - that's all I can think of. Try looking at these UHS hints one by one and see if that helps you out.

It looks like you are here: Head to the Auxiliary Station where you will find a bug nest. Before going any further, throw a (BUG BOMB). That will stun them, granting you passage. Walk up a bit and you'll come to a crossway. Make a left and you'll see another bug nest. You don't have any bombs left so avoid making contact with any bugs that you see here. Otherwise, Game Over. On the other side of the nest is a mech (totally functional by the way) just waiting for orders. Put the (FULLY CHARGED MECH BATTERY) inside its leg compartment and it'll fire a missile and grant you access to the Auxiliary Room. Well, not yet. First, we need to extinguish the fire. Use the (FIRE EXTINGUISHER) on the fire and enter the room. See if the above gives you enough to go on. It sounds like the leg compartment is part of the mech.

Here are some other instructions I found: Step 1: Click LEFT to change the bottom left color. Step 2: Click UP to move the color you just made up one row. Step 3: Repeat Steps 1-2 until you have the color order you need. The order from top to bottom is yellow red green red red yellow. Step 4: DON'T TOUCH LEFT OR UP AGAIN Step 5: Click RIGHT to change the bottom right color. Step 6: Click DOWN to move the color you just made down one row. Step 7: Repeat Steps 5-6 until you have the colors you need. From top to bottom, you need red yellow red yellow green red. I think the arrows mentioned refer to the arrow keys on your keyboard. So, for example, if the above instructions say to click left, it means left arrow key; if it says to click up, it means up arrow key; and so forth.

I just looked it up, and yes it is. Apparently you have 2 minutes to set the frequencies and then I think you have around a minute after that to complete the rest of it. I found a few tips here on the Steam forum - maybe there's something there that will be helpful: Day 11 I don't liked timed puzzles either. The timer doesn't start until you touch the knobs. Be sure to have a saved game right before all of this.
