I have 'joined/melted' the two enzymes and made my new 'smartcard' door opener.....I have found the door with the yellow & black striping around the perimeter to the Microbiology Department, but this game does not indicate the/a hotspot of where to insert this new key card and I am not finding it - I understand the card is fully charged the first time for me and I have not used it anywhere yet - could someone 'nudge' me to the slot that accepts this card please?

Hi Betty Lou,

Anyhow, be sure you're in the correct door. This door has the yellow/black stripes around the arch. The keycard slot doesn't have any hotspot but if you take the keycard from inventory and drop it in the slot - the keycard will be read.

Good luck!

No-one knows how many save slots there are?
QUESTION-I have the wrench and am supposed to put it to the fan bolt that I turned off in the ventilator shaft, which one, left side or right side? and since there is no indication of the hotspot just where do I put the wrench

Hi Betty Lou,

When I checked yesterday, there's only 7 saved game slots and the scroll arrows do not work. So maybe that is all.

Betty, check the HELP included with the game. It is read using Adobe Acrobat.

I vaguely remember this part after reading the wt and I think you do all the bolts with the wrench. Try that. Click the wrench on all the bolts

Now at the '9 sounds' puzzle am running into trouble with the animal, sound depiction, sound settings as I have not seen/heard the ?elephants? trumpeting on any of those monitors, nor the cat or ?wolf? either....

Betty Lou,

You have to choose the brown pictures (not red) of the Lion, eagle and frog on the left side using the arrows, order not important.
Then choose on the right area the sound that matches the lion, eagle and frog also using the arrows to scroll the sound.
Then at the center part, choose the sound pattern that match that of the sound you chose. They have appeared when you saw them on the monitor.
When you have selected them correctly, then click the botton at the right lower part of the frame.
If it is correct, the door will open.

If you can't remember the sound pattern - there's a picture at the 'HELP' included with the game.

I also e-mailed you the picture of the solution to the puzzle.

Good luck,
MaG

The one I had the most trouble with was the frog, because the graphic didn't look much like the sound it was making. The only way I can describe it is: 4 groups of zig-zag lines, long, short, long, short. The eagle was one long tapered graphic that starts out fat at the left side and tapers to a long thin tail on the right. I didn't make a note of the lion's roar, but maybe 2 out of 3 will help.
