Hi Fongo,
I can't find the crashed ship. Keep going back to the pentapyramid, control center and solar system vault no matter which way I go.

Shirl, let me give you a quote from Jeanne Muse's UHS file--it has very good directions for finding the ship: SPOILER

Once you leave the Face and are inside your hovercraft again, turn it sharply to the left and go that direction.

Point your craft towards the large crater you can see in the distance. Your ship is inside that crater.

You should recognize your starting point.

It is a very dark place at the foot of a steep slope.

Remember what you had to do to get out of the crater?

Use the jump jets to get back inside the crater.

..or, put another way:

"Get into the hovercraft, walk forward, and turn the engines on. Pan to the right past the entrance cave, and click on the next big smooth hill to go forward. Your trip ends outside the large crevice that currently houses your crashed ship. Hit the “Jump Jets” button on the extreme right side of the instrument panel to raise the hovercraft up and back down into the crevice.
