Help!! I have got as far as the cable car and can't get the control panel to work. I have checked a walkthrough and missed nothing!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="confused.gif" />

First, if you already manipulated the controls, you have to reset the control panel and start over - if you haven't done this, this will prevent the correct steps to work.
To do this reset, pull the three switches on the left and the three switches on the right to the down position, put the two levers in their center position then back away from the control panel.
Go back then to do the puzzle and this time only flipping the three switches on the left to the up position and the lever on the right as far to the left as it will go.

Hope this works.

BTW, this is the control panel outside the cable car, right?
