I have the two pieces of the torn scroll. I've gone through the mirror at the Dungeon Master's Lair. I've looked at each piece in the viewer and tried repeatedly(!!!) to put them together in said viewer, but no luck. What am I not doing?? This is driving me crazy!

Get the half scroll from the window sill without going through the mirror. Then go out to the back of the Lair and give the Prozork to the Snapdragon. Cut it with your sword. Put the snapdragon on the mushroom plant, cast the THROCK spell and hit the plant with the hammer. The snapdragon gets the other half of the scroll. Then go back inside and get the other half from the bedroom. You'll need the mirror then and perhaps a spellcheck?
