I have the broken dowel and Elliott's permission to use the lathe to make a new one. But all that I can do is take the safety glasses. There is no highlight to put the new piece of wood on the lathe.I have laid the broken dowel next to the ruler, looked at the magazine , turned on the fan all in Elliott's office. I have exhausted conversations with everyone even on the phone. My checklist is all marked off on everything except making the new dowel, loading roll on the band organ which I can't do unless I make a new dowel and find key to secret door in the radiator room. So I am at a dead end. I'm about to give up but a saved game for the dowel would be very appreciated. Help please!
