Are any of you out there (or maybe in here) feeling really agressive this morning? How do I get rid of the lemurs at the almost end of time Machine? I have closed the four doors to keep new ones from coming but the three ramaining are kind of tranparent and no matter what you use on them it doesn't affect them at all. Hate to leave my rebel buddy but I am getting older and need to get through with this thing. Great game by the way in spite of quite a few negative reactions to it.

Bob, I haven't played Time Machine, but I'll quote from a walkthrough here at GameBoomers. I hope maybe it will help you....SPOILER

"Stay on the platform, and use the Chronoeider to shoot the Lemurs. If you were efficient in closing the gates, there will only be three. There may be more if you were slow, but it doesn't matter. Some of them will probably hang back near the gates, and will be hard to see until you step forward a little. As long as you stay on the top step, they can't hurt you."

Bob, you may need to "tease" them into coming closer. Try using the Spectral Body Spell on yourself, then foray down into their territory, then return to the step before the spell wears off. Don't forget, also that you have a spell that will confuse them.

Thanks for information. I need a spell that will unconfuse me. Actually I went around them and finished without Ashimira. In the long run you can't save her anyway. Realpolitik? Anyway I may go back to my save and try again. Thanks again.

Bob - It's okay.

I have played this game countless times, until someone helped me get through the final scene to include Ashamira.

In the end, it doesn't matter whether she is in the final scene or not; both endings are "good." If you save her, (or if you don't,) everything reverts to normal. It's the author's quandary. His point was that time-travel, if possible; must become impossible. Therefore, time-travel is not possible. Huh? Think about it.
