I read the other threads and I am having a similar problem. I've played all quizzes and gotten through the door. I have four jade pieces, one on the way from Chaco Canyon.( But it's been two days and it hasen't come yet. I can't get anything but a message from Prudence Rutherford. Hardy boys say I need to check out art organizations mentioned in magazine, read magazine but don't know what to do with it.I keep revisiting and recalling everyone, even replayed quizzes.Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Susie-Q,

There are many things that need to tie in with Prudence and before she will send her key copy.

Have you seen and read the magazine in the curator's office table in the corner?
Have you read the plaque as to the friends of the museum to the right and left wall before entering the museum proper?
Have you talked to FRanklin Rose about Prudence and has he said anything about calling her for you?
Have you learned about the theft of her key from Sinclair?
Have you called Prudence using the number Franklin gives you when you're in the hotel?

Great tip!! I had to reread the plaque again after the magazine. Problem was I read the plaque too early in the game. Thanks for the help. Susie
