A couple weeks ago I purchased a game, played almost halfway through when it crashed to the desktop. Would then only open to the BF logo window and then crash again.
I notified BF and same day was sent a free coupon code, which I really didn't want, since I was hoping the problem could be resolved. Feel this was a game problem and not my PC since I'd played so far into the game.
I then received notification from BF and had to click on a link to view their answer. It involved deleting the free game coupon. It was no longer in my inbox. One of the view answers was that I wasn't signed in. But how can they go into my inbox and change/delete their emails? This is very upsetting.
So now they have my money for a game I cannot play.

3d this happens to me sometimes, I turn off my virus protector(bitdefender) and restart the game and it works
Did you look in you delete folder? I don't think they can delete an email once sent..

Big Fish would not and cannot delete your email. They also wouldn't deactivate a code, in fact they are very free with them. Are you sure you weren't hacked?

What Ana said. Also, if you write to them and tell them what happened, they will send you another code as a replacement.

I'm stating what the emails said(3 identical ones.)

I have to click for "new link" to my BF question, then an email immediately sent giving me permission to view the answer. When I click on that it opens to the original email sent by BF with the coupon code.
I have not tried the code from there since I haven't seen a game I would be interested in.

Another similar click to view (which I again have to wait for an email giving me permission to view states I was not signed in at the time I sent the original problem I was having with the game.

At this time I'm not even sure how to respond to them.

Maybe it was a game problem, but that doesn't mean they have a fix. Maybe the developer is working on a fix, maybe not, depending on the age of the game.

The only time I've seen a "click-to-view" in any email is in some form of web mail, and the "click-to-view" was a function of the web mail interface and not the original email.

I've actually had games stop working because of a Microsoft update to either Visual C++ or Net Framework. I learned from AMD support when I was having issues playing Alter Ego that the updates can interfere with the graphics driver. (The error shown in the event viewer indicates a problem with the graphics driver atioglxx.dll file.) I've since had the same issue with some Eipix games from Big Fish. I check the Windows update history and find the updates occurred. The fix is, after the updates, to re-install the driver.
