I haven't played the game.
The walkthrough says Steam saves are at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\68665703\237970\remote
but you could also check whether there are any saves for this particular game in one of the subfolders of
C:\Users\your-username\AppData

You might also check to see if it's possible to delete saves through the game menu.

dear jenny100,i looked all over,i canot find any folder, for the
save game files, only wich you mension above, you know what i did
i deleted the 26 save game files,then i deleted the,"remote"
folder also,so maybe the save files will be gone, because this is the folder wich keeps them,to my wonder i started up the game,it worked but with all the saves back in place, and since
this game has delete save game, option also so i tried it,i worked a hour to delete some saves, this option does not work !
so i think now,i have no other option, but only to uninstall
the game maybe,i will go to steam, and try to find a way to install it again, unless you have a better idea,PLEASE HELP
i thank in advance
samuel

If the game has the option to delete saves, and it isn't working, try running the game as Administrator -- either right-click the shortcut and choose "Run As Administrator" to start it, or adjust the shortcut's Properties so it automatically runs the game as administrator. If you need instructions and you have Windows 10, check one of the Google links ***here***.

If the game is installed to C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) modern versions of Windows may interfere with the game saving or deleting saves. You may want to uninstall and reinstall to some location other than C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) like your Documents folder.

I don't remember what version of Windows you have, but even Windows 7 has had so many updates that it may be more restrictive than it used to be with games, and Steam may put saves in a different location now than where they used to go back in 2012 when the game was released.

Perhaps if you uninstall the game, you will have the option of removing saves. It's also possible that Steam is using online saves. If so, check here

dear janny100,i still have windows xp,you say i should play as
administrator,i cant do it,because it asks for the,"password"
and i dont have one,or i dont know it,changing it,is out of
question, the computer goes upside down, but remember the shortcut for this game is completly diferent, from all game shortcuts, because its not linked,to a real game file name,it is
linked to the same numbers, where the save game files are, plus
i right clicked it there are no options,to run,"as administrator",i have a bunch other games too, when i right click,i have this option, but not with this game,i would like to
know why is it so important,to play,"as administrator",you also mention,to install the game to another folder, impossible,i have
to go to steam, and click install, whats next they block you, what
i did was,at control panel,i clicked "add remove",the whole game was removed, but the saves were there,i manualy deleted the
whole game folder,i reinstalled it from steam again, all saves were back, even more then this,in the game folder,i dont have a
full instalation, only part of it,the rest remains by steam
PLEASE HELP.
