having trouble loading game, takes forever. It was so bad one time had trouble getting it out and had to do a hard shut down to get rid of it on my computer. Checked the requirements and meet all resources. Any body know what could be the problem.

Where did you buy it from?
If you got it from Steam, maybe it's downloading more updates.

As for requirements, pay special attention to the video card. This is a more demanding game than most current adventure games, and if you have only minimum spec for video card, you'll probably have to turn down settings to minimum in the game options.

If you need more help, please list your specs,

processor
video card
RAM (system memory)
Windows version needs to be 7, 8.1, or 10 and may have to be 64-bit Windows

Those specs look fine.
Do you have the Steam version?
Can you tell if it's downloading updates (or trying to)?

Yes. Downloaded the game from steam. I changed my settings lower and I have been able to play the game(but still not like it should be).eratic moving instead of smooth. It still takes 15 to 20 miniutes to download and this should not ocour. I am stuck on moving the stones to lower the draw bridge, they froze up and wont move.

I've found some discussions saying the game uses far more memory than what they've indicated in the requirements.
One of the following threads is from October so this problem doesn't seem to be patched.

Maybe your 6 GB of memory is not really enough.

Do you know if your motherboard can accept more than 6 GB of memory?
Memory isn't usually that hard to add to a desktop.

Try the Q button to open inventory.
That's what it says in this walkthrough.
