Still working on the Haunted Hotel Series. Started with #4 - Charles Dexter Ward and am currently playing #13 - Haunted Hotel The Thirteenth. Haven't started the newest one yet, waiting till I get to it after #14 - Personal Nightmare. Then I may play something that I haven't played before I start the Mystery Tracker series. There are a whole bunch of series that are going to be good to play again. I had forgotten how good the Haunted Hotel games were.

Just thought I'd let you know that I finished the Haunted Hotel series and have continued on to the first game in the Mystery Tracker series - The Void. This game is old, but interesting. I've been spoiled by the newer games I guess and find it hard to find all the hidden objects. There were a few that were half hidden by the diary. duh And I do appreciate that current games allow you to keep your inventory in front of you instead of popping up and down. Anyway, I'm enjoying the game and the story and that you can read the diary for clues and background info on the story. Have to quit at this point, put up my feet and get some rest. Now I can plug in my "Mod Squad" Dvd's. I bought the original complete collection a little bit ago. Yes, it's from the late 60's and I was still in junior high school when it first ran, but I really loved that show. Can't wait to see how I like it now. Hoping it was not a waste of money for nostalgia.

Anybody else doing some of their favorite series? Gaming or otherwise?

Just watched the pilot of Mod Squad and the picture quality is better than I thought it would be, being such an old series. Followed that up with The Pink Panther and the next in the series - A Shot in the Dark with of course Peter Sellers and Elke Somers. Such wonderful old actors. Robert Wagner was so young back then! It's good to take a break from the horror stories and watch some really good comedy.

As for The Void, it is really hard to know when to stop grin It's so good, I don't want to quit. Not a lot of games hit that kind of standard today. But at least for this weekend, I need to keep taking my medicine and keep my feet up. Having them higher than my heart is not very comfortable. When I lay down my legs start to hurt and I want to sit up with my legs hanging down... shame So, I'm going to pop in some more of my movies. Next up will be The Return of the Pink Panther. bunny (Not a panther, but you get the idea... lol

I remember The Void being a good game, although it's years since I played it. smile

Enjoy your movies, and I hope you have a pleasant weekend.

And yes, I get the idea. bunny grin
