Hi All; I just purchased and downloaded Syberia 3 (From GOG). I'm fairly sure it downloaded correctly, but when I attempt to start it I get a flag which states "Syberia 3.exe has stopped working" When I tap the button for more information I get this list;

Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Offset: 006298ba
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033
Additional Information 1: 9e13
Additional Information 2: 9e13b83c76c4472b83989f96abce0a49
Additional Information 3: d59f
Additional Information 4: d59f4809e95a00de6436bd338fbf3b51

I'm aware that I may simply not have enough computer for this game, but can someone please tell me all that information means?

I think the Exception Code: c0000005 means a failed installation. The wonderful tech guys here will no doubt be able to help. Good luck thumbsup

You say you downloaded the game and we assume you installed it from the setup file? The exception code can mean any number of things, but as Upsydaisy said, it could be a failed installation. I don't own the game, so I don't know what files you needed to download... if there were multiple files, were they all downloaded?

Minimum system requirements are:
Processor: Intel Core i3
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: AMD R7 260X - Nvidia GTX 550 Ti 2GB
DirectX: Version 11
Mouse, Keyboard

Recommended system requirements - Windows: 7 / 8 / 10
Processor: Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 960 2 GB
DirectX: Version 11

Gardens put to bed for the winter. Time for some gaming!

Thanks to all for the suggestions. I tried them, but I fear it comes down to the fact that I don't have enough computer for modern games. I'll file Syberia 3 next to the last Sherlock Holmes game (And a few others) that I will no doubt play if or when the proper horse wins at the proper track at the proper time. It does seem a shame that I need more computing capability than NASA in order in order to see what happened to Kate Walker, but I shall survive.
