I have been playing games from Big Fish for a few years now and never had a problem downloading any of their games. Today however I tried to download two games I recently purchased and they refused to download. The Big Fish window appeared with an ad for a game on sale but the queue said they were no games downloading. I tried twice but still can't get the games to even show I want to download them. Just says no games in download queue at all. I have e-mailed Big Fish but thought someone may be able to tell me what may be wrong here. Thank you for any in put.

And there's no error message of any kind? Sometimes with problems such as this it will say something like error message 1404, for example.

No there is no message at all. It goes to the screen that usually shows your download queue but there is nothing in the queue.....

Sorry about your problem - that's frustrating. Maybe someone here will have a useful suggestion for you.

Go to your downloads file and make sure the download was successful. I recently had this happen and I found that the initial download had failed. I had to go back to my purchase page and try again.

I had this problem last week... I signed out of Big Fish on both the app and the web page.. then signed in again.. my game showed up then in queue

Thanks, for the help will try a few things again....decided to uninstall big Fish game manager and then reinstall it. That worked!
