Thank you MrBill, for the solution to the icebreaker puzzle. I had a break of about a week, read your walkthrough and got that icebreaker working on the 2nd attempt. hearts praise12

I'm not asking for help right now but I just have to say this: smashpc hardwall

(I'm trying to make smoke signals by the bridge.)

Good Luck!!!!!!

Just a reminder:

Click to reveal..
Remember as the camera switches you from the front of the oven to the back that the order of items is reversed

Cheers,

Bill

I don't know if it's as hard as it seemed or not Marian. I got 1 or 2 out of 4 to work. I'm not sure yet if they are all supposed to actually be smoke rings which is why I said 1 or 2. (Don't tell me Mr. Bill. I don't want to know yet.)

The problem is more the frustrating controls. As Mr. Bill pointed out about the camera. There are about 12 hot spots all near each other and you think you're clicking on one and you get all spun around because it's not the spot you thought it was.

I am and I'm not. I DO actually like the game...

Thanks! I'll update you next time I play (probably not tonight but maybe).

Finished the game!

The puzzle was not very hard Marian, it was just all those pesky hot spots and the camera that were the problem. There was a mirror puzzle that was much harder. Not sure how I got that one.

I don't really think the DLC added much to the game but it was kind of nice I guess.

Now I hope to be able to concentrate on Jack the Ripper.

Thanks to you and to Mr. Bill for his invaluable help!

I didn't even mind the ending. To me, it wasn't any more of a "cliffhanger" than Syberia II. It had a very similar type of ending in my opinion.
