I do a lot of online shopping. I've had good service from FedEx as well as UPS and our post office.

I went through that 4 times already in the last week from Macy's, Carson, Williams and Sonoma and Kohl's. This is after the orders were accepted. Very agitating!

I had to go to other retailers. Two of them were being held for in-store pickup and then they cancelled them.
