Find the members of a hidden category by linking letters. Each letter on both sides of the arrows is used at least once. Most answers are single words, but some may be hyphenated or two-word answers. As you solve, you may find words that don't fit the category - these should be discarded.

Start with a letter on the left of an arrow and link it to one of the letters to the right of the same arrow. Find that second letter on the left and link it to a letter on its right. Continue the process until an answer is formed.

The number in parentheses indicates the number of answers in the category. Each answer is at least four letters long. Please answer an entire category.

Perhaps pop and jazz are separate entries and Curly's answer finishes the list? shiver

Oops, it would help if I read the directions for solving! insane

1. How about zydeco?

Not sure if pop and jazz can go together. There's no "j" beside the "p".

meant to put in jazz pop. Has to be 5 letters, maybe Jazzy?

opera doesn't work, Remi.

Never heard of zydeco. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist pacify

Aren't group solves fun? grin12

Jazz is correct, zydeco is correct, opera doesn't work. There's one word left and it starts with K.

I wonder if Sesame Street does a video for that, too! rotfl12

Cheryl, thank you for re-posting the 5 letter minimum from Sue. hearts
I kept trying to figure out what genre ends in er also

Remi, opera doesn't work because if you start with O and use the P, then
go to P there is no E.

Klezmer??? What happened to something like Motown? whistle

I need help with number 3. I'm not seeing a clear theme, yet.

One answer needs to end with F. I found only TURF, and I just discovered that TURF is an informal British verb (to remove, as in "we were turfed from the tram").

I also found the words DUCK(ING), GRIND, SLAM, SQUEEZE, and TUCK(ING).

Are these all fightin' words? headscratch

Hi Helmer and welcome to our garden.

I pretty much gave up on this one, hoping Pandora would
by now give a hint. I came up with the same words you did.
also nibble and stroking. Could not figure out a commonality.
M is another ending letter.
Fighting or wrestling is a real possibility, which would probably
eliminate nibble and stroking. think

KNUCKLE is another possible fighting word in there, but on the other hand DRIBBLE would be a different theme... smile12
